1. はじめに
このポリシーは、OshiLove と Oshi Pocket に適用されます。両アプリが取り扱う情報とその保護方法を説明します。
2. 端末に保存されるデータ
どちらのアプリも登録やログインは不要です。入力した記録や設定は主に端末内に保存されます。
OshiLove では予定、記念日、日記やアルバムなどを記録できます。アルバムやタイムラインは通常、元の写真を参照します。切り抜いたプロフィールカバーはアプリ内に保存される場合があります。
Oshi Pocket では現場、支出、メモ、選択した写真や表示設定などを記録できます。
3. 写真・通知・アプリロック
写真は、許可または選択した範囲で使用します。OshiLove はアルバムやタイムラインなどに写真ライブラリの写真を表示します。Oshi Pocket はシステムの写真選択画面で選んだ写真を使用します。
リマインダーの通知は、許可を得て端末上で予約します。写真や通知の許可は端末の設定で変更できます。
両アプリでアプリロックに Face ID などを使う場合、生体情報は OS が管理し、アプリには認証結果のみが渡ります。PIN を設定した場合、端末の安全な領域には確認に必要な情報だけを保存し、PIN 自体は保存しません。
4. バックアップとウィジェット
端末の設定により、アプリのデータが Apple または Google の端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。開発者はバックアップの内容にアクセスできません。復元できるデータは端末やバックアップの設定によって異なります。
OshiLove で参照する元の写真は、機種変更後も新しい端末の写真ライブラリで利用できる必要があります。
Oshi Pocket のバックアップを書き出すと、記録や選択した写真などが含まれる場合があります。保存先と共有先はご自身で選択します。ウィジェットを有効にすると、記録の概要や選択した写真がホーム画面またはロック画面に表示される場合があります。
5. 外部送信・第三者提供
どちらのアプリも、入力した記録や写真を開発者のサーバーへ送信せず、販売や広告目的での第三者提供を行いません。
アプリは更新確認のため Expo の更新サーバーへ接続する場合があります。Expo は IP アドレスやアプリ、プラットフォーム、ランタイムのバージョンなどの技術情報を処理する場合があります。入力した記録や写真は更新確認には含まれません。
アプリストア、Expo、OS のバックアップなどには、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
6. 購入とサブスクリプション
両アプリの Premium の内容、価格、請求期間は購入前に表示されます。支払い、更新、解約、返金、購入履歴、復元は購入先のストアで管理されます。
アプリはカード番号などの支払情報を取得・保存しません。購入済み機能を提供するため、ストアの商品識別子や購入資格の情報を使用し、購入状態を端末に保存する場合があります。
7. データの削除
端末内の記録は、削除するかアプリをアンインストールするまで保存されます。アンインストールで通常はアプリ専用データが削除されます。元の写真、書き出したファイル、OS のバックアップ、ストアの購入履歴は、それぞれの保存先で管理してください。
サポートにご連絡いただくと、メールアドレスやご提供いただいた情報を、お問い合わせへの対応と必要な記録のために使用します。法令上必要な場合を除き、その目的に必要な期間に限り保持します。
8. 子どものプライバシー
両アプリは、子どもから個人情報を収集することを目的としたサービスではありません。未成年の方は、必要に応じて保護者と端末の権限やバックアップ設定をご確認ください。
9. ウェブサイトのアクセス解析
本ウェブサイトでは Google Analytics 4 と同意モードを使用します。Google Analytics は同意した場合にのみ読み込まれます。同意前や拒否した場合は、Google Analytics にデータを送信しません。同意後は、ページの閲覧、参照元、デバイスの種類、言語、App Store へのリンククリックなどが Google へ送信される場合があります。広告用ストレージとパーソナライズは常に拒否されます。本アプリ内の記録や写真は送信されません。同意はフッターの「アクセス解析設定」からいつでも変更できます。
10. ポリシーの変更
個人情報の取扱いを重要な点で変更する場合は、変更を始める前にウェブサイトやアプリ内でお知らせし、必要に応じて同意を求めます。

1. 前言
本政策適用於 OshiLove 及 Oshi Pocket，說明兩款 App 如何處理及保護資料。
2. 儲存在裝置的資料
兩款 App 均毋須註冊或登入。您輸入的記錄和設定主要儲存在裝置內。
OshiLove 可記錄日程、紀念日、日記及相簿等資料。相簿和時間軸通常會引用圖庫內的原相片；裁剪後的個人檔案封面可能另存於 App 內。
Oshi Pocket 可記錄活動、支出、備註、選取的相片及顯示設定等資料。
3. 相片、通知及 App 鎖定
相片的存取範圍取決於您授予的權限或選取的相片。OshiLove 會在相簿和時間軸等位置顯示圖庫相片。Oshi Pocket 只使用您透過系統相片選擇器選取的相片。
提示通知會在您授權後於裝置內安排。您可在裝置設定更改相片和通知權限。
兩款 App 都支援以 Face ID 等裝置認證解鎖。生物辨識資料由作業系統管理，App 只會收到認證結果。如果您設定 PIN，裝置的安全儲存區只會保留驗證所需的資料，PIN 本身不會儲存。
4. 備份、更換裝置及小工具
視乎裝置設定，App 資料可能納入 Apple 或 Google 的裝置備份。開發者無法查看備份內容。可還原的資料視乎裝置及備份設定。
更換裝置後，OshiLove 要繼續顯示原有相片，新裝置的相片圖庫須能存取這些相片。
Oshi Pocket 的匯出備份可能包含記錄及您選取的相片，由您決定存放或分享至何處。啟用小工具後，記錄摘要或您選取的相片可能顯示於主畫面或鎖定畫面。
5. 對外傳送及第三方披露
兩款 App 均不會將您輸入的記錄或相片上載至開發者的伺服器，也不會出售這些資料或為廣告目的向第三方披露。
App 可能會連接 Expo 更新伺服器以檢查更新。Expo 可能會處理 IP 位址、App 版本、平台及執行環境版本等技術資料。更新檢查不包含您輸入的記錄或相片。
App 商店、Expo 和作業系統備份等外部服務適用各服務供應商的私隱政策。
6. 購買與訂閱
兩款 App 的 Premium 功能、價格和收費週期均會在購買前顯示。付款、續訂、取消、退款、購買紀錄及還原由購買時使用的商店管理。
App 不會取得或儲存信用卡號碼等付款資料。為提供已購功能，App 會使用商店提供的商品識別碼及購買資格資料，並可能在裝置內保留購買狀態。
7. 刪除資料
裝置內的記錄會保留至您刪除記錄或移除 App。移除 App 通常會清除 App 專用資料。原相片、匯出檔案、系統備份及商店購買紀錄，須在各自的儲存位置管理。
如果您聯絡支援，我們會使用您的電郵地址及您提供的資料來處理查詢和保存所需紀錄。除非法律要求保留，否則只會在上述目的所需期間內保留。
8. 兒童私隱
兩款 App 均非為收集兒童個人資料而設。未成年使用者可按需要與家長或監護人一同檢查裝置權限及備份設定。
9. 網站分析
本網站使用 Google Analytics 4 及 Consent Mode。只有在您接受後才會載入 Google Analytics；未選擇或拒絕時，不會向 Google Analytics 傳送資料。同意後，頁面瀏覽、來源網站、裝置類型、語言及 App Store 連結點擊等資料可能會傳送給 Google。廣告儲存及個人化會一直保持為拒絕。本應用程式內的記錄及相片不會被傳送。您可隨時透過頁尾的「網站分析設定」更改選擇。
10. 政策更新
如個人資料的處理方式有重大更改，我們會在實施前透過網站或 App 內通知，並在有需要時徵求同意。

1. Introduction
This policy applies to OshiLove and Oshi Pocket. It explains how the two apps handle and protect your information.
2. Data stored on your device
Neither app requires registration or login. The records and preferences you enter are stored mainly on your device.
OshiLove stores items such as schedules, anniversaries, diaries and albums. Albums and timelines generally reference the original photos in your library. Cropped profile covers may be stored in the app.
Oshi Pocket stores items such as events, expenses, notes, selected photos and display preferences.
3. Photos, notifications and App Lock
Photo access depends on the permissions you grant or the photos you select. OshiLove displays library photos in places such as albums and timelines. Oshi Pocket uses only the photos you choose through the system photo picker.
With your permission, reminders are scheduled on your device. You can change photo and notification permissions in device settings.
Both apps support Face ID or other device authentication for App Lock. The operating system handles biometric data and the app receives only the result. If you set a PIN, secure device storage keeps the information needed to verify it. The PIN itself is not stored.
4. Backups, device transfers and widgets
Depending on your device settings, app data may be included in an Apple or Google device backup. The Developer cannot access those backups. What can be restored depends on your device and backup settings.
After changing devices, OshiLove can display original photos only if they are available in the new device’s photo library.
Oshi Pocket exports may contain records and selected photos. You choose where to save or share them. If you enable a widget, summaries or selected photos may appear on the Home Screen or Lock Screen.
5. Transmission, tracking and sharing
Neither app uploads the records or photos you add to a server operated by the Developer, sells them or shares them with third parties for advertising.
The apps may contact Expo’s update service to check for updates. Expo may process technical information such as your IP address and app, platform and runtime versions. Update checks do not include the records or photos you add.
External services such as app stores, Expo and operating-system backups are governed by their respective providers’ privacy policies.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Both apps show Premium features, prices and billing periods before purchase. The store you buy through handles payments, renewals, cancellations, refunds, purchase history and restoration.
The apps do not receive or store card numbers or other payment details. They use product identifiers and entitlement information from the store to provide purchased features and may keep purchase status on your device.
7. Deleting data
On-device records remain until you delete them or uninstall the app. Uninstalling normally removes private app data. Manage original photos, exported files, system backups and store purchase records separately where they are stored.
If you contact support, we use your email address and the information you provide to respond and keep necessary records. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes, unless the law requires longer retention.
8. Children’s privacy
Neither app is designed to collect personal information from children. Minors can review device permissions and backup settings with a parent or guardian where appropriate.
9. Website analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode. Google Analytics loads only after you accept. No data is sent to Google Analytics before consent or if you decline. After consent, page views, referrers, device type, language and App Store link clicks may be sent to Google. Advertising storage and personalisation always remain denied. Records and photos stored inside the Apps are not sent. You can change your choice at any time through “Analytics settings” in the footer.
10. Changes to this policy
Before making material changes to how we handle personal information, we will notify you through the website or app and ask for consent where required.
